It also includes a shared KITCHEN where you can enjoy delicious local cuisines or cook something yourself just in case you miss your familiar taste. The TERRACE offers the best view of the mountains of Sikkim and mighty KANCHENJUNGA which has a BONFIRE setup along with BARBEQUE for the chilly mountain nights. Hi there, firstly I would like to warmly welcome you to my humble home. Professionally, I am freelance Cinematographer and filmmaker. Basant Hritu is managed by my Mother Sharda Bhandari along with two other housewives of the locality. I am hoping that this venture in a small way helps them financially but more importantly helps them to start something of their own with due experience in time. We are really looking forward to welcoming solo and group WOMEN travelers so that they can share their experiences which will encourage more women from the locality to venture out and learn about other cultures and places which they sometimes miss out on. Being in an artistic profession, I also would love to meet and interact with artists of various backgrounds and hopefully have long conversations by the fire.
