Depending on the time of your arrival, the keys will be handed over by the property manager or the security guard between 09:00 and 18:00. The property manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the property and hand over the keys.

The security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The property manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the property the following morning.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of INR 3000.

Please note that check-in may be delayed until 18:00 for same-day bookings.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Rainforest - Casa Azure 5 Min walk to the beach of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
