With only three individually styled rooms—Mar, Sol and Terra—guests enjoy a relaxed, personalised stay rather than a large hotel. Whether you're travelling as a couple, family, solo traveller or digital nomad, Casa Do Leão offers a tranquil base with easy access to Coco Beach, Candolim, Panjim and Old Goa. As a heritage home, Casa Do Leão offers an experience intentionally different from a modern hotel. While we've introduced modern comforts, the property's original character and peaceful village setting remain central to its charm. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not operate a diesel generator. During occasional power outages, inverter backup provides essential lighting and ceiling fans. Air conditioning, geysers and other high-power appliances will not operate until mains power is restored. Surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery, guests may occasionally encounter birds, butterflies, geckos and seasonal insects. Regular pest control is carried out, but nature is part of the heritage home experience. Casa Do Leão is also pet-friendly and home to our three friendly resident dogs. If you prefer accommodation without resident pets, our property may not be the ideal choice for your stay. Own transport or app-based taxis are recommended for exploring North Goa.
