Our vacation home is located in the prestigious Dona Paula area of Goa. Situated at the end of Nagalli hills this modern 4 air conditioned bedroom/4 full bath accommodation offers panoramic views of the ocean and valley. Our vacation home is on the upper first floor of Ekam Building in a quiet, safe and peaceful upscale neighborhood. If you are looking for a restful vacation in tranquil surroundings with gorgeous views this is the place for you. Witness gorgeous sunsets from your private verandah or the unique “moon-rise” as the new moon ascends over the valley and bathes the apartment in moonlight. The world famous Vainguinim beach is barely a kilometer away, the other beaches being Miramar (3 km), Dona Paula and Bambolim. Panjim (Capital City) - Approximate driving time is 10 minutes & distance is 7 kms (4 miles) .

I am a real estate professional currently residing in Colorado Springs Colorado, USA with my lovely wife of 26 years and my daughter. I was born in Goa and it is very dear to my heart. I studied at St Mary’s high school Mt Abu and graduated from Delhi University and migrated to the US in 1993. I visit Goa once or twice a year and own a few vacation rental properties which we rent out short term and which are managed by our property manager Mrs Lobo in Goa. I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, fishing and travelling.
