Located in the heart of Panjim-the capital city of Goa. The room is on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs. There is no elevator. Has a beautiful, cozy and cute cafe on the ground floor of this beautiful Portuguese home. Cafe Ederra is Goa's most loved Artisanal Bakery & Cafe- known for its fresh bakes and slow roasted coffees. Get a unique and fairytale opportunity to stay in a home- right above Goa's iconic bakery & cafe. Not suitable for people having difficulty climbing stairs. We love hosting people from across the globe. Our beautiful home houses one of the most sought after cafes in Goa- Cafe Ederra. The Cafe has a beautiful patio seating and an airconditioned seating as well. You can enjoy sumptuous breakfast and freshly brewed speciality coffee in the cafe. Your room is on the first floor and can be accessed through stairs. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Outside Guests are not allowed in the room. Suitable for guests who like to stay in a peaceful and beautiful locality. Not suitable for people who like to party after 10 pm- as loud music is strictly not allowed after 10 pm.

Fontainhas is steeped in Goan history. Interesting narrow streets with colorful buildings which has residents even today. It’s a popular tourist haunt. I don’t think a visit to Goa will be complete without a trip to Fountainhas.The narrow streets and the colourful houses are "frozen in the past". A good place to walk and absorb history. Take time to notice the house designs, the cock on the roof and the old water wells.
