Please note that the property requires a booking deposit of 100% of the first night. This amount will be charged anytime after reservation.

For group booking of 7 rooms and above, 95% refund is applicable if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the package value.

Original receipt is mandatory for cancellations and processing refunds. Refund process usually takes 7-10 working days.

All refunds will be made against cheque/ bank transfer only.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, service or accommodation without a refund for any reason(s) and/or if the guest is found to act in a disorderly fashion or refuses to follow the standards and policies of the Management of the hotel.

All foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
