'Ki Kiba Dhee' literally translates to 'Sweet Home' in my native (Gurung) language and at Ki Kiba Dhee you get the sweetest 'home away from home' experience, with all the comfort of home while enjoying all the luxuries of a vacation. Ki Kiba Dhee is located at Gandhi Road, right opposite the iconic Bethany School, 3-5 mins walk from Chowrasta (Mall Road), the heart and soul of Darjeeling. It is a penthouse apartment on the top floor with a picturesque view of the mighty snow-capped Mt. Kanchenjunga (3rd highest peak in the world) and it's adjoining Himalayan ranges along with a beautiful view of the town with serene mornings and blissful sunsets. The apartment is fully furnished with a Master Bedroom having an attached bathroom, a spacious Living room, a modular kitchen with a dining area and a spacious common bathroom. It has all the amenities and luxuries required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your home away from home. It also has a great location, just 2-5 mins walk to all the major restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema hall and shopping places in town as well as the iconic Mall Road (Chowrasta).
I was born and brought up in Darjeeling, it is my favourite place in the world, so no matter where I am in the world I consider Darjeeling as my home and my love for Darjeeling is what I have tried to reflect in Ki Kiba Dhee.
The neighborhood is peaceful, quite and very safe. My apartment is located right opposite the iconic Bethany School and below Sinclair's Hotel and just 2-5 mins walk to all the major restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema hall and shopping places in town as well as the iconic Mall Road (Chowrasta).
