This beautiful villa is located in Siolim, close to the famous towns & beaches of Anjuna & Morjim. Our villa can accommodate 4 guests - it is a perfect place for a family: it has a fully functional kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a powder room . It is part of a gated community with a private Plunge pool and 24h security. LOCATION The villa is in the very popular locality of Siolim - 15 to 20 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olives, Burger Factory, Sublime, etc.). It is ~30min from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, etc.) HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of every 3 nights. VILLA & POOL SIZE Super built-up area: 1648 sq. ft Carpet area: 1315 sq. ft Pool Size: 12 ft x 8 ft Guest access: - You can enjoy our common area facilities like the pool and garden. - We have free parking available at the property.

Located in the heart of Vagator and in close proximity to Anjuna-Vagator beaches on one side and Ashvem/ Morjim beaches on the other. Famous eateries like Ciao Bella, Thalassa, Sakana, Olive, Villa Blanche and for dessert lovers, Creme Choc, all within the radius of 3 km. The Hilltop night market is a 7 min drive to the villa. The closest supermarket to get groceries is Oxford Supermarket, 6 min drive away from the villa.
