A newly constructed spacious private villa in a secure gated community amidst the Assagao forest offering peace and tranquillity with ultra-modern amenities and a private pool. Nested between the paddy fields of Parra and the fishing village of Siolim, Assagao unveils the verdure of Goa's conserved forest areas with tall trees spanning hundreds of years that house species of hornbills, sunbirds and butterflies. The property is centrally located should you choose to visit Vagator beach (20 mins) or travel further north to the white sand beaches of Mandrem and Ashwem (30 mins).
