Welcome to Nivaara – Your Home in Bir, Himachal Pradesh! Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Bir, Nivaara is more than just a homestay—it’s an experience of slow living, warmth, and community. The name Nivaara means a place where soul finds shelter . It is located 2 km from the famous Bir Landing site in Suja, Bir. We do offer private rooms, and experiences such as art workshops, hikes and cycling. The property is not too far from the centre, but enough to let you unwind in peace. 🌸
Our home is lovingly hosted by Tanika . Tanika, an artist from Kasauli, finds joy in creative expression and also runs a homestay in Kasauli. She has a deep love for hosting guests, making them feel welcome and at home.
At Nivaara, we believe in building a community—a space where strangers become friends over conversations, shared meals, and a love for the mountains. Whether you’re here to explore Bir, experience adventure, or simply relax, we welcome you to slow down, breathe in the mountain air, and make yourself at home.
