Heritage 2BHK in city's 1st residential multi storey building built in the 70s. Steps from Durga Mandir & Assi Ghat. Stay in spacious ground-floor 2BHK located in Durgakund, on the Main road. Essential shops, fruits & vegetable vendors and local stalls are all at your door step with an auto stand right behind the building for easy conveyance.

I love interacting with my guests, know where they are coming from and what it is like back at their place. I love reading books and having discussions over them with my guests of the same interest. I, along with few friends of mine also conduct GHAT WALK wherein we take you through the lanes of Banaras where you get to explore the hidden gems, all at a very minimal fee. I like to act quick in case any of guest needs any help, recommendations etc. I believe in forging bonds and thus my space is not a perfect little hotel set up but a homely homestay with flaws that make it. I am available to answer to your queries/ resolve issues in the timeframe- 10:00am to 8:30pm.
