The property is 500 meters from a clean beach ( between calangute and Baga beach). You have the parking in front of the property Fully equipped with fully functional kitchen ( Gas, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini oven) Laundry- Semi automatic washing machine. Two A/C bedrooms, and additional mattress in the living, if required. Outdoor BBQ area, if required and two balconies with easy chair. it's your home away from home.

I am now based in Goa, previously lived for 17 years in Louisiana, Houston ( USA ), Perth -Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Dubai. my wife and i understand your international service requirements- so you are in good hands. We presently live in Sangolda- 5 km from the Duplex.

The place is situated a step away from the main shopping and restaurant street on the main calangute to baga road. All tours can be arranged from a step away, or we can pre-arrange if required through a friend. Property is situated in Calangute, 500 meters from the sea. 2 km away from Tito's club baga. 3 km away from Candolim beach. 1 km away from Baga beach 8 km from the capital, Panaji.
