The property is close to the beautiful Mararikulam Beach. This stylish place to stay is perfect for family & group trips. It offers all the modern comforts & style. The property has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with 2 queen beds and all rooms are attached with private bath. An air conditioned dining area, spacious sitting area with a courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided along with towels, shower necessities, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. It's the ideal place for photoshoots or get togethers. Welcome to Stellark!

Coconut trees line the long, scenic beach with white sand. Within 100 meters from the villa, you get access to shops, Church, Plant nursery, petrol station and bus stop. Less than 15 minutes drive to St Andrew's Basilica, Arthunkal - which is one of the most important christian pilgrimage sites in Kerala. The Serene Kerala backwater water body "Punnamada Lake" known for its long boat races, festivals and rustic houseboats is just 20 min away. The Alappuzha Light house, International Coir Museum, Pathiramanal Island which offers views of wildlife & migratory birds is also nearby.
