The Beach Cottage Kappad: a beautiful example of traditional Kerala architecture comprising of 3 well appointed, fully air conditioned bedrooms with satellite TV and the most popular streaming apps in all rooms. The cottage comes with outside dining areas, swing, water feature and gorgeous cultural murals.The property also has a variety of fun games for all ages, a huge collection of books and films for guests to use at their leisure. The cottage is situated next to Kappad Beach, which is wide and open and features a few parks and playgrounds - perfect for relaxing the whole day away. Kappad Beach is steeped in history as in 1498, Vasco-da-Gama landed here, sparking the development of the European spice trade in India. It is also the most charming of India’s Blue Flag beaches and a winner of the Green Destination Award, therefore the water and sand on the beach are of the highest quality making it a truly beautiful location. The property has caretakers (a lovely married couple) who live on site to help make sure the rooms and grounds are clean and to provide you with anything you may need.
