Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit Policy

The hotel requires a security deposit of INR 1,500 per night to cover any incidental expenses during the guest's stay.

For guests paying by credit or debit card, the hotel will obtain a pre-authorisation for the applicable amount at the time of check-in.

For guests paying by cash , a refundable security deposit of INR 1,500 per night will be collected at check-in.

Any unused cash o deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to verification of incidental charges.

Any unused pre-authorised amount will be released upon check-out; however, the time taken for the funds to reflect in the guest's account will depend on the issuing bank's policies and processing timelines.

If a security deposit is not provided, all incidental charges must be settled directly at the point of sale and cannot be charged to the guest room account.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
