A 100-year-old Portuguese house, beautifully transformed into a 3-bedroom private villa with a pool! Chic interiors, a fully functional kitchen to order all meals, an al-fresco dining area, and lots of open sit-outs to enjoy the outdoors!

Come enjoy the feeling of staying in an old Portuguese home that's been renovated to provide all modern comforts. Our rooms and bathrooms come fully equipped with all amenities and Sanjay (the manager at the house) is always available to take in any special requests.

Located in a very central area in Resi Magos, we are very close by to the Resi Magos Fort, Nerul River, and the Coco beach, which has some fun, up-and-coming restaurants like Sly Granny! We are only a short drive away from Panjim (ideal for work travelers), and also Candolim. Ashwem and Mandrem are about a 35 min drive away from us!
