At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of ongoing travel.

Please note that the property accepts a maximum of 4 guests per group.

The last 984 ft stretch towards the property is steep. Please park your vehicle in a safe parking spot in the vicinity.

The property does not allow groups of more than 8 people. For groups of 4 or more, you might be purposefully assigned to different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancelation without refunds.

Children below 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or stay at any of our hostels, with or without a guardian. We do not recommend families.

We only accept government-issued ID as valid identification. No local IDs shall be accepted at check-in.

Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.

We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property.

Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
