Please check out our website www. afternooncottages .is Spacious cottages in a secluded area, well located in southern Iceland. Only about 20 minutes drive from Hella and the highway. In the winter there is always a possibility to see the famous northern lights with no light pollution. The cottages are surrounded by amazing nature. You have almost everything you need in the cottages. They are just like a studio apartment. Well-equipped kitchen with a small fridge, 2 elements ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the kitchenware that’s needed for cooking. You can use all the coffee and tea you need. Queen size bed for two people (160x200cm / 63″x79″). 43″ or 50″ TV on the wall to watch Netflix or the local TV channel (RÚV) – (depends on what cottage you’re staying in). Linens are included. Two cozy armchairs for chat and chilling. The dining table can be upsized (doubled) if you have friends staying in the other cottages to have a meal with you or just a chat over a cup of coffee. There is a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a nice lighting mirror over a sink. Towels are included. Hand- and bath soap is ready to be used.
