It’s a cosy little 15 sq. house with two beds, private bathroom but no shower, the house stands alone in the hill with a view overlooking the river, mountains and magnificent sunset and the colours are fantastic. The house is clean cosy newly renovated with all new beds and furnitures.Very private little house.
We are retired couple who have 44 years in the hospitality industry, restaurants and hotels. Moved to the country side and wanted to gear down and enjoy life. We want to share the wonderful country experience, summer, winter, spring and autumn. Campfire and marshmallows.
The neighbourhood is fantastic, in the middle of the golden circle,short distances 15 min to Gullfoss, 10 min to Geysir, 20 min to Laugarvatn, 8 min to Friðheimar,10 min to Flúðir. All around us we have geothermal heat and vegetable and fruit is grown everywhere.Geothermal swimming pools are in all directions. Secret lagoon is a geothermal pool in Fludir and Laugarás lagoon is only 20 min away.
