Hi, I'm Anna! I'm a mother of three, animal lover, and proud local host. The Lava Bowl was once our family home before we moved to nearby Njarðvík when our family grew. Rather than sell the house, I decided to turn it into the guesthouse I had always dreamed of creating. This was our family home, and unlike many vacation rentals, it was originally designed to be lived in. That's why you'll find a warm, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the house I genuinely enjoy meeting people from around the world and helping them make the most of their visit to Iceland.
