“8 Loft” is a sophisticated residence consisting of 8 splendidly restored new apartments in a corner of tranquility, calmness and historic charm in the Santa Croce district, a short distance from Piazzale Roma and easily reachable from the S. Lucia station of Venice. All apartments are located on the ground floor, furnished in a modern style, a comfortable and quiet accommodation in an ideal area for a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and cared for in every detail, suitable for small and medium-sized groups, with a maximum capacity of 32 guests if rented all together. The “8 Loft” residence has apartments of various sizes and with different interior layouts, some have a garden or an exclusive terrace.

Residence “8 Lofts” consists of 8 apartments, each of them with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Once inside, on the ground floor, each apartment consists of a large and pleasant living / dining room with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking with ease. On the first floor the lofts have a bedroom with a double bed and one / two modern tiled bathrooms with shower. Furthermore, all 8 apartments of the “8 Loft” Residence are equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring all the comforts of home. Please note that the heating system in the apartments is applied from 15 October till 15 April. the AC is applied from 15 May of each year. Please note taht only 6 out of 8 appartments has mezzanine floor. "Apartment with Terrace" and "Apartment - Ground Floor" has no mezzanine floor.

Neighborhood info

The district takes its name from the ancient church of Santa Croce, whose original structure dates back to the 7th century and of which only a column remains, currently incorporated into the wall surrounding the Papadopoli Gardens, 5 minutes from the “8 Loft” residence. The district is well served, there are several shops nearby and in the nearby Campo Santa Margherita you can find fish, fruit and vegetable stalls, and the Coop supermarket is easily accessible for all your needs. You cannot miss the delightful Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio for a drink or a walk, the wonderful Baroque palace of Ca 'Pesaro on the Grand Canal now home to the International Gallery of Modern Art and the Fontego dei Turchi, a majestic palace on the Grand Canal currently seat of the Natural History Museum.
