Completely renovated penthouse whit a large terrace on the roofs, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with sofa-bed area. The apartment is equipped with WiFi with fiber optic connection, air conditioning in the warm months and central heating in the cold months, and is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, smart televisions with Netflix, etc.). The Loft is located on the 6th floor: the lift reaches only the 5th floor. P.S. For bookings of up to 2 people, only the double bed is prepared: if you also wish to use the sofa bed, please send a message after booking.
The structure is near to the railway station (300 meters), the bus station (350 meters) and the “Santa Croce” hospital (300 meters). Also nearby is the multi-storey car park of the "Movicentro", whose daily rate is 4 euros. Alternatively you can park in the street where there are both free and paid parking spaces. The city center is a few steps away and can be reached via the arcades: Piazza Europa is only 450 meters away. In the surroundings you have all the services: Pharmacies, Supermarkets, coffe shops, Restaurants, Multiplex Cinema, Banks. A little further away there is the historic center (1,000 meters), full of restaurants and coffe shops, where the museum and civic theater are located.
