Our guest house is located at the 5th floor of a building of 7 floors in total, and has 5 rooms, all with a private bathroom and private balcony. Especially in spring/summer time the balcony is very useful but some guest used this for smoking also in winter time.

I'm an elettronic engineer and I manage several home holidays, B&B and guest house in Rome.

This location is real strategic. We have Stazione Ostiense at 500 meters, Piramide Station (Line B metro/tube) at 600 meter and a lot of busses that goes directly in the historical center. At 500 meter you can find Eataly the newest big italian food store. At about 1 km you can find Testaccio with its typical and roman restaurants. Circo Massimo is at one metro stop from us, and Colosseum is only 2 stops.
