Tenuta di Fassia has been part of the family since 1944

Property info

480 hectares of uncontaminated and protected nature, to immerse yourself in the splendour of the Umbrian countryside. Tenuta di Fassia is a peaceful corner just a few minutes from Gubbio, where apartments and rooms are surrounded by private lakes, tall woods and organic fields. For families there are horses, donkeys and a small football pitch. For nature lovers there is plenty of greenery, a breathtaking variety of flowers, plants and animals, and 8 kilometres of private paths for walking or cycling. For all our guests there is a restaurant with local and organic products and the guarantee of a quiet and relaxing stay. Large rooms are available for yoga, seminars and nature programs.
