Our ground-floor apartments let you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the veranda whenever you like, with no fixed schedules. During the warmer months, many of our guests love relaxing on the veranda with a glass of good wine and a good book, or simply chatting with their travel companions or their neighbors. Sometimes I even join them when they invite me, giving me the chance to get to know my guests better, answer their questions, or recommend a few hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path excursions. The swimming pool and its surrounding area are perfect for spending peaceful, relaxing moments. You'll also find a barbecue in the garden, so you can enjoy outdoor meals under the gazebo.

We're located just 2 km from Levanto's beaches and 1.5 km from the train station. Peaceful? Absolutely. But we're definitely not in the middle of nowhere! Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and traditional focaccia bakeries are all less than 2 km away. Levanto is not only a great destination for a beach holiday, but it's also the perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terre. You can reach them by train, ferry, or on foot along the stunning hiking trails. Monterosso, the first village of the Cinque Terre, is just a 3-minute train ride away! From Levanto, you can also catch ferries to Sestri Levante, Portofino, Camogli, and even the Aquarium of Genoa.
