the countryhouse where you will stay is inside a farm of one milion of square meters, we have a lot of walking route inside, a lake, woods, pastures, the Vineyard. what else?

I am a farmer, graduated in agricoltural engeneering in university of Florence, I manage the countryhouse as my father and my grandfather does. when I have free time, oh but I don't have free time, my time is marked by the activities of the farm. Anyway I like it a lot!!!

what to do? is an endless question, you can swim, run, fish, just have a walk also by horse, and when you're tired you can relax in your apartament or in the swimming pool, with the nice view on Vineyard and olive grove, you can just take your car and in less than 40 minutes you can visit Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, and many more art city. At less than 10 minutes from our place you can enjoy Umbrian food in some tipical restaurants
