Access to the pools is included, but sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools are available for rent on-site. Bicycles are available from April 26th until the end of the season. A baby cot is available on request for an additional charge per week. Small/Medium Pets are allowed only if booked in advance to the S3M and S3 houses. Large Pets are allowed only if booked in advance to the V3, V4, and V4P houses. The V4 and V4P villas are located throughout the island. The V4P villas have private pools, available from May 10 to October 18 (pools are not heated). The residence is just a 5-minute drive from the Albarella Golf course and offers discounted rates for guests who wish to play. Only for Category S2: 2 fixed places + 1 extra place (sofa bed on request at the time of booking Euro 15,00 per day per person to pay on the spot) + 1 infant under 3 years in a cot to be paid on site Euro 35.00 per week FOR CATEGORY S4: 5 fixed places + 1 infant in a cot to be paid on site Euro 35.00 per week (no extra beds for extra adult guests) Equipped beach included for the reservation’s min 7 nights from 16/05/2026 until 19/06/2026 and from 22/08/2026 until 06/09/2026 (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per house from the day of the arrival until one day before the departure). City tax 1 Euro per person per night to be paid on spot. (S3, S4, S3M, V3, V4 and V4P) allow only SMALL/MEDIUM pets against extra payment and booked in advance. (S3, S4, S3M Euro 10 per day per animal / V3, V4C, V4P Euro 20 per day per animal). For categories S2 - NO PETS ALLOWED.

Finally, regarding the location of the houses: S3M house is located next to the Capo Nord Hotel. The S3 house is located in the Fiord area. The V3 house is located in the Valle da Pesca area. This house is near the "Il Rustico" restaurant-bar, which hosts evening musical events. The V4 and V4P villas are located throughout the island. The V4P villas have private pools, available from May 10 to October 18 (pools are not heated). The residence is just a 5-minute drive from the Albarella Golf course and offers discounted rates for guests who wish to play. Additional shared (salt water unheated9 pool just for S2 apartments available during the pool dates. Equipped beach service starts from 16/05/2026 and finishes on 06/09/2026. For other periods the free beach is always available without lifeguard service.
