Excellent property right in the center of town. The rooms were tastefully decorated and easy to access. The owners were very communicative, gave local recommendations before our stay began, and made sure we had what we needed. Our room had a large table where we could have breakfast or play games. The beds were comfortable and everything was well decorated with modern updates but still had an Italian feel. Wonderful stay overall!

Chioggia is about local feel and living.

Chioggia is about local feel and living. Not very touristic, not many foreign tourists around. Most of the people are locals and the English is not widely spread. From here, it's easy to reach Venice - by bus 80/85, by regular ship trip or by taking one of the bigger ships for a 2 ways trip. There's also the Sottomarina beach area. Quite expensive if you ask me, but ok for 1-2 days. There are many terraces and restaurants in Chioggia, spread across the canals. Everywhere you go, they offer similar menu options. The food is delicious and at decent prices. Supermarkets are pretty cheap and have a variety of products. I strongly suggest Chioggia as HQ if visiting the Venice area - it is a lot less crowded and cheaper, while it has very good connectivity with Venice and Padova.

Lovely setting on the edge of the lagoon with pretty canals.

Lovely setting on the edge of the lagoon with pretty canals. Very fresh fish as it is a fishing village. People very friendly and genuine. In winter no tourists,but still lively unlike Sottomarino which is largely closed. Small and walkable but there are a lot of bridges to cross. After Venice it is a shock to see cars.

This is a place I would advice to visit.

This is a place I would advice to visit. Every time I find something new here, enjoying summer evenings and salt water smell... Fishing boats and sound of the waves... Markets on Thursdays and evening concerts in July at Musica in laguna festival.

Beautiful little ancient town with traditional houses and canals that is very popular with the locals. Loved the Thursday market when the main street transforms completely, a real old time market feeling. The Fish Market is one of the best.

Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy.

Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy. if you want to visit Venice, better to lodge in Chioggia, save some money and travel to Venice either by bus or by ferry. beautiful and scenographic ride from Chioggia to Venice. Beach if fabulous for kids thanks to chemical properties of the sand (iodine good for lungs and respiration)

Dont get confused by the little amount of ratings! This appartment is absolutely new and Massimo just started to offer it. Its perfect, clean, has everything you need and more. The location ist just perfect: you leave the door and you are direcrly in the heart of Chioggia old town. We parked the car at Park Unione for 12 Euro a day and in 3 days we did everything by foot.also sottomarina etc. If we return to Chioggia, we wozld definetly come back to this appartment, as its perfectly located

This is a return visit to this property as my first stay was excellent and again this accommodation didn't disappoint. The host is friendly and very accommodating and the property is well equipped and maintained to a high standard. You could ask for a better location as it's very central to the beach, bars and restaurants of Sottomarina. It's also a very short walk to the historic old town of Chioggia so all round the perfect location.

Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Superb, fast Wi-Fi — the best we've ever had in a rental property. A big thank you to the property host, Carmela. She was very professional and most helpful. We’ve felt well looked after 24/7. Highly recommended agency: Casa. If we come to Italy again, we’ll be happy to rent from these people again.
