Welcome to our B&B, a charming townhouse fully renovated in 2022, located in the heart of Chioggia’s historic center (VE). The property combines traditional charm with modern and functional details, offering a warm and carefully designed atmosphere. The building is spread over several levels, in keeping with the typical houses of the city. The rooms are accessible via an original restored internal staircase that preserves the historic character of the building. To maintain its authenticity, there is no elevator; for specific mobility needs, please contact us before your stay. We offer double rooms with private bathrooms, distributed over three floors to ensure comfort and tranquility. On the ground floor you will find the breakfast room, a cozy and welcoming space where a breakfast with carefully selected local products is served every morning. As we are located in the historic center, we do not have private parking; however, a public parking area is available just 200 meters away. For guests traveling by bicycle, although we do not provide indoor storage, bikes can be parked in front of the property, monitored by our external cameras.

The B&B is located in a typical “calle” of Chioggia, in an authentic and lively area, away from mass tourism yet rich in local life. Just a few steps away, you can stroll through narrow streets, canals, and historic buildings, discovering small shops, local markets, and picturesque views reminiscent of a smaller, more genuine Venice. Nearby you will find traditional wine bars (“bacari”) and trattorias, perfect for enjoying an aperitivo with typical “cicchetti,” as well as restaurants serving fresh Adriatic seafood and Venetian cuisine. Within a few minutes, you can also reach the beaches of Sottomarina, ideal for relaxing by the sea. The perfect place to experience Chioggia like a local, away from mass tourism but at the heart of its most authentic soul.
