The hospitality is direct and personal, with attention to detail and helpful suggestions about places to visit, restaurants and local experiences between Chioggia, the Venice Lagoon and the art cities of Veneto. Over time, Balabuska has become a convenient reference point for both holiday travellers and professionals working in the area thanks to its strategic location and flexible services.

Balabuska Rooms & Garden is a small independent guesthouse surrounded by a large green garden, just a few minutes from Chioggia, Sottomarina and the southern Venice Lagoon. It was created as an alternative to the traditional hotel: a quiet and comfortable place where guests can feel free, with the convenience of modern services and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring king-size beds, fast Wi-Fi, 43" flat-screen TVs, soundproof double-glazed windows and smart self check-in, allowing guests to enter independently at any time. Guests can enjoy private indoor and outdoor video-monitored parking, a large garden area to relax, and services designed for both leisure travellers and business guests. Located along the SS309 Romea road, Balabuska is an ideal base for visiting Chioggia, the beaches of Sottomarina, Venice, Padua and the Po Delta Natural Park.

Balabuska Rooms & Garden is located in Conche di Codevigo, in a strategic position between Chioggia, the southern Venice Lagoon and the Po Delta. In just 10–15 minutes by car you can reach Chioggia, an authentic seaside town often called “Little Venice” for its canals, bridges and colourful streets. A few minutes further you will find Sottomarina, famous for its long sandy beach and lively promenade. The area is also perfect for nature lovers: nearby you can explore lagoon landscapes, scenic cycling routes and the Po Delta Natural Park. From here it is easy to organise day trips to Venice, Padua and the historic Venetian Villas along the Brenta Riviera.
