Lovely apartment in the heart of Ischia Porto, one step away from the sea. The apartment consists of two bedrooms connected by an opening on the top wall, a bathroom, a kitchen-living room. The jewel in the crown is the panoramic terrace with a splendid view of island of Procida. The building in which the apartment is located enjoys direct and autonomous passage to the bathing establishments of San Pietro. Central and strategic position: 50 metres from Via Roma, the main shopping street. 10 minutes walk from the pier from which hydrofoils to Capri, Sorrento and Naples depart. The Aragonese Castle is 2 km away, the Negombo Thermal Park is 8 km away, and the Poseidon Terme Gardens are 12 km away. It offers all comforts: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fridge, building with lift. The flat is located is in a RESTRICTED TRAFFIC ZONE. It is recommended to read in advance the ministerial ordinance on restrictions on the inflow and circulation of cars, motorbikes and mopeds on the Island of Ischia.
