The 31 m² apartment is located in the heart of Monte Amiata, the highest mountain in Tuscany, right in Castel del Piano. It accommodates up to 3 guests and is the perfect base for hiking, skiing in winter, and the famous chestnut festival in autumn. From the apartment, you enjoy beautiful views of Monte Amiata and the picturesque Orcia Valley. Situated in the center of Castel del Piano, all essential shops, restaurants, and attractions are within easy walking distance. Castel del Piano is also well connected by bus, so you can easily explore the whole region. The summit of Amiata is just a short distance away, as are the therapeutic sulphur baths around the mountain. The sea can be reached in about an hour by car. The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include a wood-burning stove, TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot is available. Wi-Fi is reliable in the living room and kitchen. There is intentionally no Wi-Fi in the bedroom and bathroom, so you can sleep undisturbed and free from electromagnetic frequencies. In Italy, heating is usually turned off from mid-April. A wood-burning stove is available year-round, allowing you to control the temperature. From autumn, an eco-friendly heating system will also be installed. The apartment has no outdoor areas.
