Elegant Guesthouse in the heart of an authentic roman neighbourhood 20min away from Termini & Tiburtina station. Newly refurbished apartment within an elegant building from the '60 converted into a stunning Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is formed of 2 double rooms (king size bed) a triple room with balcony, a single room (double bed); all with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, hairdryer TV and FREE WI-FI. Our guests have access to the lobby and the kitchen during. We will be more than welcome to provide you hints: where to go - what to do - how to get there Anice Guesthouse is well connected with the main amenities of the city (historical city centre) and night life (Pigneto&Centocelle) thanks to the tram stop at 20 mt from the building. In 10 min walk you can reach the Metro C line stop Teano that will bring you to the stop Colosseo in just 15 min. In front of the building you will find the tram stop (Prenestina / Olevano Romano), tram 5 &14 will get you to Termini station. Tram 19 instead to St. Peter Cathedral / Vatican museums Night bus N5 (Venezia Square, Termini Station) Taxi stand is also located at 50 mt from the building gate
The neighborhood is the quintessence of the Roman life; the authentic local market was found in 1950, whilst Gordiani Park, just in front of the the building gate, is a pearl of the area. Its misterious story, the ancient Roman ruins and the beauty of nature makes this park unique. Moreover in the area it will be possible to get to many truly italian restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, brew-pub and bars. We will be more than happy to assist you with the right choice of the place.
