ANNAMA COLIVING is an entrepreneurial initiative by Anna Maria Zani, who, after having lived multifaceted international experiences, has realized her desire to bring to Brescia an innovative way of living, a modern form of shared housing already widely used globally and designed to respond to all types of needs. Anna Maria Zani, sister of the late Paolo Zani founder of Brixia Finanziaria, wanted to realize this innovation in 2023, the year of Brescia and Bergamo Italian Capital of Culture. After careful research, attention was focused on the old “Antica Villa” hotel in via San Rocchino and the renovation works were entrusted to the renowned architect Giuseppe Marrelli of the ABnormA architetture studio. Today ANNAMA COLIVING is a reality capable of responding to all the different needs of living in the city and the wonderful territory that surrounds it.
