Antica Dimora B & B, is located in the historic Palazzo Suardi of Bergamo, dating back to the sixteenth century and then renovated and modified in the nineteenth. The property was the home of King Vittorio Emanuele III and Queen Elena during their stays in Bergamo. The B&B has NO reception, it is therefore necessary to communicate the ARRIVAL TIME to avoid unnecessary waiting Children under 10 years can not be accommodated.

Neighborhood info

The property is located exactly halfway between the Upper Town and the center of the lower city. Thanks to the strategic location and the possibility of leaving the car in the structure, you can walk to any place of interest of the two parts of the city. The area at night is also safe and has plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and places to enjoy aperitifs. A few steps away is the largest public park in the city, which was originally a part of the park of the Palace where the Antica Dimora is located (the famous Parco Suardi). In the park there are many old trees, attractions for small children and some animals. The village of Via Pignolo where is the Antica Dimora is the oldest town of Bergamo, with numerous shops, boutiques, museums and churches.
