A washing machine and dryer are also available on request. The entrance can be reached by staircase or by elevator, the check-in is with the key box. You will receive the code 1 day before arrival. PARKING: There are no parking spaces belonging to the house, but you can unload at the theatre square in front of the house. Free parking at the bus and train station of Merano (except Tuesdays and Fridays!), or payable in the parking garage at the thermal baths car park or the parking lot of the "Algunder Kellerei/Cantina di Lagundo" car park. These are also 3-5 minutes away on foot.

Only a few steps away you are in the shopping street, the "Lauben/portici" with various shops, restaurants, cafés and various sights. Only 300 m away is the new shopping centre "Centrum". For breakfast you can simply enjoy delicacies in one of the two excellent pastry shops across the street. The apartment is also a good starting point for various walks and hikes.
