Both flats are of the two-room type, within a small condominium, with shared entrance, and are located on the ground floor of a characteristic building in the “historic” Via Ninci. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and a double bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle. The flats do not have private parking.They are inside the zone ztl Important: the property does not provide bed linen and towels, you can bring them from home or rent them on site with a minimum 48 h notice.

Neighborhood info

Centrally located, the flats in Via Ninci have just been renovated, furnished with care and attention and equipped with every comfort. They are only 600 metres from the Ghiaie beach. The beautiful village square and the Medicean dock are only a few steps away. All kinds of services are nearby.
