Our modern holiday apartments are located just 350 metres from the sea and the centre of Marina di Ragusa, making them ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. All apartments are situated within the same residence, with buildings spread over three floors (please note that there is no lift). Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen including an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine, air conditioning, ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. All apartments feature a furnished veranda with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Cots and high chairs for infants are available upon request. Air conditioning is provided in both the living room and bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay. A large public parking area is located directly in front of the property. Alternatively, a private garage can be reserved for an additional fee.

During check-in a security deposit will be required, either in cash or by providing credit card details as a guarantee. The deposit will be returned at check-out, following a joint inspection of the accommodation, provided that no damage has eventually been caused.

The area is one of the most peaceful in Marina di Ragusa, as it is away from noisy nightlife venues, yet still conveniently close to the town centre, making it ideal for guests seeking relaxation without giving up convenience.
