Villa Lina, located on the tranquil bay of Nisporto, consists of 3 apartments: "La Palma" (on two levels apartment with 6 bed places, has a large equipped outdoor area, where you can eat and relax outdoors); "La Terrazza" (with sea view terrace, 4 beds, has terraces equipped for eating and relaxing outside; "La Loggetta" (2 beds, has a small outdoor area in front of the entrance equipped with table and chairs. All 3 apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette also direct access to the cliff and bathing via staircase. The proximity to the sea and the view of the sunsets make the holidays at Villa Lina particularly romantic and suggestive. A shared outdoor shower is available on the property. Its privileged position will offer you calm and tranquility. However, being separated from the road and from municipal parking (some free and some paid), you will have to walk a small private road of approximately 150 meters which also gives quick access to the beach. Furthermore, private uncovered (unguarded) parking is available for each apartment approximately 50 meters from the property. Bed linen and towels available for a fee (EUR 18 for each person) and only upon prior request at least 10 days before check-in. Shared washing machine available for a fee (EUR 5 for each washing) for the Villa Lina apartments (1 free wash).
Villa Lina is one of the most evocative historic buildings of the place. It owes its particular charm to the creativity of "Nonno Giuseppe" who through his artistic work succed to value this Villa and to transmit all his love for the home and the family. I am Angela, the granddaughter of grandfather Giuseppe, we live in this beautiful house that overlooks the sea and, in addition to our family homes, the structure consist of other apartments that we rent in the summer. During your holiday I will be available to give you directions and suggestions on the places and services of the Island of Elba.
In the free beach of Nisporto there is also a bathing establishment with rental of canoes, pedal boats and buoys for boats.
