Located in the quiet village of Calmasino di Bardolino, Bohemia is just 7 minutes from Bardolino, and within a pleasant 4-minute walk you can easily reach a pharmacy, supermarket, and newsstand. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is furnished in a modern and functional style. Both the living room and the master bedroom are equipped with split units for cooling and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. At the entrance, on the right, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, simple and functional, allowing you to cook independently. On the left, the bright and welcoming living room opens up, furnished with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent at the lake or exploring the surrounding area. Continuing on, you reach the spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a private bathroom. Both areas are newly built and finished with modern, high-quality materials, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
