Two bedroom apartment (max. 6 people) located in a residence with swimming pool in Lazise. The apartment (approx. 80 sqm) is located on the mezzanine floor (6 Steps), has been partially renovated and refurnished. It's divided into a large living room with kitchenette, a sofa that may be converted into a double bed. From the living room you access a terrace (10 sqm) exposed towards south, where it is possible to dine in the sun enjoying the garden view. The apartment has a double bedroom with pool view, a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds, plus a possible third pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has Wi-Fi, foreign satellite channels and air conditioning. The property has also a covered outdoor parking space (measures L 235 cm, H 200 cm, W 600 cm) near to the entrance.

Neighborhood info

The strength of the property is its proximity to the lake, only 200 meters away and to the center of Lazise approx. 250 meters. The nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walking distance. The pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09 and it is compulsory to wear a swim cap.
