Cozy sea-view apartment, located on the second floor of a period building (stairs to the front door, NO elevator). The property is located in a quiet area yet just minutes from the town center and the beaches. The accommodation comprises a living room, large kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, small sea-view balcony, and a sea-view terrace. The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed; - KITCHEN with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dining table, TV; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, toilet, bidet; - SMALL BALCONY with sea view, connected to the living room with a French door; - TERRACE with sea view, dining table and umbrella, connected to the kitchen with a French door. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, clothesline, 2 fans. ATTENTION: - Please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment entrance (NO elevator): please take care if traveling with children or guests with reduced mobility; - Please note that there is NO air conditioning, but 2 fans will be provided; - Please note that the bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, so you must pass through the bedroom to reach it. - Please note that there is no guest parking near the apartment, but there is a large, free parking lot just a few minutes from the apartment. - Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This means that we provide them only upon request, in which case we personally proceed with the rental from a professional facility (ILVA Industrial Laundry, Rio Marina) and at check-in we will present the invoice so as to proceed with the payment for the rental. Appartamento La Marineria is located in a central position in Rio Marina, a town inside the Mining Park in Elba Island. The town offers lot of services, you will be able to reach easily by foot thanks to the strategic position of the house. Restaurants and bars few meters far, supermarket Conad nearby, sea and beaches in front of the house and a large and free parking area approachable few minutes by walk. From Rio Marina you have the possibility to reach the characteristic towns in the aerea nearby. In 15 minutes by car you will be in Cavo, a small town with its suggestive long beaches with little white stones. 20 minutes by car separate you from the wonderful Porto Azzurro, 30 minutes to reach Capoliveri instead.
