The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

From the living room you go up a spiral staircase to the bedroom, with double bed, balcony and bathroom. The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rent paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The tourist tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included.
