The apartment is located in a strategic position, just 300 metres from San Nicolò harbor and the beach. In the immediate area you can enjoy a variety of activities such as surfing, sailing, canoeing, and diving, with schools and facilities all within walking distance. The lake also offers opportunities for fishing. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and local venues. The town center is easily reachable by public transport, and several supermarkets and discount stores are about 1 km away. The area is also ideal for walks and mountain excursions, suitable for all levels and surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes. Parking: a shared condominium parking area is available, but it is not reserved. During peak periods, spaces may not always be available. Nearby there are public parking options, both paid and free, depending on availability.

The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: nearby you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and other sports activities, thanks to the presence of specialized schools and centers. Within a short distance, you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and local venues, perfect for enjoying your time both during the day and in the evening. The lakeside promenade is easily reachable and offers beautiful walks with stunning lake views. The neighborhood is also well connected by public transport, allowing easy access to the historic center and nearby areas. There are also supermarkets and shops close by for everyday needs. The location is an excellent starting point for walks and mountain excursions, suitable for all levels and surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.
