Spread over two floors, the apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room with a single sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include a TV and washing machine; please note there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The area offers a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Only one set of keys is provided. A welcome kit includes toilet paper and soap; please remember to bring your own kitchen essentials (tea towels, condiments, detergents), as these are not supplied.
