The south balcony allows you to eat with a sea view. Near excellent restaurants and play areas for children. Very convenient to the sea, (5') To the new cycle path of the Nervia Oasis, ideal for reaching Menton, Montecarlo, Nice, Bordighera, Dolceacqua, Bussana, Sanremo and the beginning of the Ospedaletti - S.Lorenzo cycle path (25 Km .) People with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair can reach the elevator directly from the courtyard level through the corridor of the garages without climbing the entrance steps. As for bed linen and towels, it is not included, but it is possible to rent it (see the "to know" section), alternatively, guests can use their own. Ours is a holiday home, not a hotel. If you intend to rent for business purposes, please contact us for important agreements in the use of the apartment. The apartment is NOT "Business Ready" as we are NOT able to issue a VAT invoice.
We welcome you to our home giving you the maximum information on its use, on how to exploit every utility within it and all the advice you want to see what is around the neighborhood and the city, shops of any kind. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, on the south corner of the building with sea and mountain views. 2 large balconies. Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, American and Espresso Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Blender, Pop Corn Maker, Granite, Hot-Dog Maker and more 3 LED TVs, of which the one in the living room is a 43" smart TV with streaming. Shower 110x70, Double Washbasin, External Sink on the Balcony upstream. Reserved parking space, shower point and car wash in a closed courtyard. Very close to the Oasi del Nervia cycle path and the Roman Theater. We remind you that the Municipality of Ventimiglia requires for the first 7 days of stay the Tourist Tax per person over the age of 14 years with the exclusion of some categories of people including the disabled. The district is very quiet, mainly inhabited in summer, in a convenient position to the sea and the cycle path. Very close: cyclist, bakery, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Pharmacy 10 'walk, 5' by car. Supermarkets: Ok Market at 4 ', Lidl at 6' Carrefour at 9 ', Eurospin at Vallecrosia at 10' by bike.
