If I were a tourist in Rome, as a couple or with one or two children, I think I would be perfectly at ease in this house. First of all, due to its strategic position in the city: public transport, metro and buses stop nearby, connecting it to every area of ​​the city. You can leave your car in the partner garage under the same building. In the morning, the brightness of the apartment would put me in a good mood and I would have a cheap breakfast at home in a few minutes with a microwave, etc. or in one of the many excellent cafes a few steps from home. Then a little jogging at Villa Torlonia and I would go around discovering Rome. In the evening when I got home I would have a healthy dinner, or I would choose one of the many excellent trattorias and pizzerias in the area. After showering in the bedroom every evening I would choose the light color more consistent with my mood. I could also choose the preferred temperature, in winter by regulating the independent heating and in summer by turning on the air conditioning. Ultimately I would be very comfortable in this simple apartment, furnished with modern furniture, but very clean and functional. So the key word is: comfort

I started doing this for the pleasure of receiving and sharing beautiful things with guests. I am not a professional in the branch of reception and I have only had another structure for a few years now, also on Booking, in Ariccia, near Rome, in the area of ​​the Roman castles. It is called Palazzo Primoli Holiday Home (2763855). It is a very nice place, which has given me a lot of satisfaction, with many positive reviews. So a few things, but of quality, with particular attention to the well-being of the guests: my greatest satisfaction is when they tell me that they have had a good time at home. I am not very young and in my life I have done many things. Most importantly, my family, my husband, former schoolmate, and my mother lived with me up to 105 years old, and children and grandchildren and cats and plants, many plants, perhaps too many. Then the teaching that kept me close to the kids for many years and when I retired I completely dedicated myself to photography, my passion as always. The apartment is near to the University and the Policlinico Umberto I, therefore it can be used by professionals who come to work in Rome, or by parents who come to find their student children, or by people who have to carry out medical checks or find family members hospitalized. A short distance from the apartment is the Villa Torlonia park, with important museums and the Technotown technical-scientific toy library full of activities especially for children. It is a very lively and commercial area, and everything is close at hand, banks, pharmacies, shops, 2 cinemas and 3 theaters. Just opposite we have a very rich covered market. But what above all characterizes the neighborhood is the number of restaurants of all kinds, pizzerias, restaurants, trattorias, for cous-cous and for hamburgers, for quick snacks or traditional lunches. In short, if I wanted to summarize the characteristic of this neighborhood I would say: multiplicity of services offered.
