The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, just a few steps from the lake. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends, it offers functional and welcoming spaces, featuring a practical French sofa bed. It is located on the third floor, WITH NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is situated in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), therefore it is not possible to reach it by car. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly at the property. Upon request, a baby crib complete with linens is available (additional charge applies). My name is Elisa, and I was born and raised in Riva del Garda, right on Via Fiume. The historic center is pure energy to me: I love the nature that surrounds it, between the lake and the mountains, as well as the shops and restaurants. I hope this place can convey the same emotions it has always given me, making you feel a little more at home.
Thanks to its very central location, you’ll have restaurants, cafés, shops, and much more right at your fingertips. You can forget about your car: numerous rental shops offer bicycles, allowing you to easily reach Torbole, Arco, or Pietramurata along the cycling path. If you enjoy hiking, in less than one kilometer you can reach the Ponale Trail or the Bastione Trail.
