We are Patrizia and Leonardo, a mother and son team who love welcoming guests with simplicity and care. We will be happy to personally greet you and help you make the most of your stay, offering advice and support whenever needed.
Assisi Valley Apartment is located in a central and quiet residential area of Bastia Umbra. Within a short walking distance (300 meters), guests can reach the train station, a bus stop, and the Umbriafiere exhibition center (1.5 km on foot), as well as several supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers. The historic center of Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. We also recommend visiting Spello, Rasiglia, Perugia, and the Monte Subasio Park, all easily accessible from the property.
