The property is a few meter from S. Francesco Natural Park. Few meters from the main street and the down town of Sirmione and Desenzano is about 4 km faraway. There is a supermarket just beside our Bed & Breakfast. The zone is very quite.

Very quite neighborhood! Supermarket just in front of the B&B as well as a playground for children. Restaurant are just few meters faraway. Strategic position between Sirmione and Desenzano
